This website is operated by SURUR. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SURUR. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

   

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).

       

2. Furniture Product Integrity & Variations

   

Because our furniture is crafted from natural materials such as Solid Beech wood and Rattan, you acknowledge and agree that:

   

     
• Natural Variations: Wood grain, knots, and color tones may vary slightly from the images shown on screen. These are characteristics of high-quality natural timber, not defects.
     
• Handcrafted Nature: Minor variations in dimensions (within a 1-2cm margin) are possible due to the artisanal nature of our production process.
     
• Display Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.
   

       

3. Pricing & Modifications

   

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. In the event of a pricing error on the website, SURUR reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for the incorrectly priced item.

       

4. Shipping & Delivery Logistics

   

Furniture delivery is a specialized service. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

   

     
• Access: You are responsible for ensuring that the furniture ordered can fit through doorways, elevators, and stairways.
     
• Lead Times: Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are projections. While we strive to meet these dates, production and logistical delays may occur.
     
• Inspection: Upon delivery, you must inspect the item and report any transit damage immediately to the delivery team and via email to info@surureg.com.
   

       

5. Custom Orders & Cancellations

   

Items marked as "Custom" or "Made-to-Order" are governed by our 72-hour flexibility rule. Cancellations after 7 days are subject to a 50% production fee or may be non-refundable, as production of your unique piece has already commenced.

       

6. Prohibited Uses

   

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
