SURUR currently provides professional furniture delivery services across Egypt. We partner with specialized furniture carriers to ensure your solid beechwood and rattan pieces are handled with the care they deserve.

       

2. Production & Delivery Lead Times

   

As our furniture is crafted with a focus on lasting durability and warm character, many pieces are finished to order.

• Standard Stock Items: Delivered within 7–14 business days.
•      
• Custom/Made-to-Order Pieces: Please allow 4–6 weeks for production and delivery.

3. Shipping Rates

   

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the volume of your order. We strive to provide transparent pricing with no hidden fees at the point of delivery.   

   

4. The Delivery Day Experience

   

To ensure a seamless navigation of your new furniture into your home, please keep the following in mind:

• Space Access: Ensure that doorways, hallways, and elevators can accommodate the dimensions of your items (refer to the "Dimensions" tab on the product page).

• Inspection: Our team will assist you in unboxing. You are required to inspect the furniture for any transit damage before signing the delivery note.

• Assembly: For complex pieces like our bed frames, professional assembly is often included or available as an add-on service at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

   

Once your order has left our workshop, you will receive an SMS and email notification with the contact details of your delivery coordinator to schedule a precise time slot.
