Return policy

At SURUR, we are committed to delivering to you the very best shopping experience. In case we sent you the wrong product, or the product is faulty, or if you changed your mind after paying, SURUR will be happy to accept returns free of charge, provided that:

– Items must be in new condition, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer
– the return or exchange of items with standard specs on the website within 15 days from receiving an order.
– Items customized for you with specific dimensions or fabrics were made for you and are not eligible for return.
– Items with a defect may be repaired, returned, or exchanged if the defect is not caused by misuse or failure to follow due care instructions.
– These items must also have the original receipt.

Custom order

You have 72 hours after you place your furniture order of full flexibility to cancel the order or to make any changes in style, color, or dimensions. In the case of cancellation within 72 hours, you will receive a full refund of your payment.

Within 7 days of placing your order, if you’d like to cancel it you will receive a 50% refund of your payment.

After 7 days of placing your order, you cannot amend or cancel the order.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.


Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: info@surureg.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
